Mail forwarding demand by entertainer promotion
１ このメール転送要請は増加の傾向にあるようである。
２ 問題点もある。
イ Forwardingを求めるメールは、Rights of portrait violationの通告とともに、Confirmation of malfeasanceをも含むものであり、これはentertainer promotionによるClaimのHelp行為にもなるからである。
また、転送されるConfirmation of malfeasanceにより、その後、Claimの請求がなされることを自覚ないし意識しないでSignature and stampingする人もいるようである。ここにひとつの問題点がある。
ハ また、当該promotionが真実、当該entertainerのpromotionをしているのか否かが全く不明であることである。
３ entertainer promotionと称するcallerに対し、そのprove authorityものの書面等による送付を求めるのがWisdomなのかもしれない。
仮にlieならswindleに発展する可能性もあるからである。.

Deletion request by the police
１ この削除要求ないし削除要請は、ISPの業務のなかで、日常的に受けることがある。
２ 問題点は２つある。
イ ひとつはthe policeのDeletion requestがメールにより一方的に送信されてくる。 官公署の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの記載はあるが、その真実性の担保はないという点である。メールアドレスに至っては通常のありふれた類のものであって、独自ドメインを持っていないケースもあり、そのメールアドレス自体からは発信者が当該官公署であることを推認すらさせないものもある。
発信担当者の氏名の明記のないものすらある。
このようなDeletion request by the policeの受信件数が少ないのであればHeadacheとなることはない。記載された電話番号に確認の電話をいれて真実the policeであるのか否かを確認することはそれほど困難なことではない。
しかし、相当件数の受信があるようである。
disregardすれぱthe policeとの間で無用のfrictionが生じる。
caller's titleをconfirmするか、trustして対処するしかない。
ロ deletion request by the policeの対象はillegalであることが容易にわかるものが多い。例えば、indecencyな写真、動画などである。
このような場合にはunconditionalにdeletionするのもひとつの方法である。
publishingしている人もindecencyな写真、動画などでありillegalであることを自覚、意識している場合が殆どであり、Protestしてくることも殆どないからである。
ハ 上記イ及びロを総合し、適宜deletion request by the policeに対応することとなる。
